• Joined as the founding engineer (5th employee), building the technical architecture, data models, and engineering workflows that the entire platform still runs on today.
• Cut monthly cloud spend by 80% by replacing Kubernetes and Istio service mesh setup with a docker compose based architecture, with zero downtime and no loss in reliability.
• Architected a manufacturing master data platform managing 200K+ material grades, designing a 50+ entity data model with deliberate normalization and denormalization and event level version control for engineering change management.
• Pioneered an AI native live auditing suite in React with automated summaries and a chat system powered by Azure OpenAI, with RAG pipelines & vector search on PostgreSQL (pgvector) reducing audit cycles from months to weeks.
• Built an in browser 3D CAD viewer enabling DFM analysis, writing custom OpenCascade parsers in Python (FastAPI) that translate STL, STEP, and IGES geometry into triangular meshes to compute dimensional attributes like volume and surface area.
• Built a digital ballooning engine that auto generates control and inspection plans directly from engineering drawings, cutting quality control planning from hours to minutes.
• Engineered a realtime sync system in Go, WebSockets & Kafka streaming frontend edits to the database realtime UI updates with sub millisecond latency.
• Shipped the Custiv Partner Network app adopted by 10+ factories to facilitate complete project transparency with OEMs, including an OpenCV native module to scan quality and inspection documents directly from the shop floor.
• Built a sourcing engine on top of MongoDB to optimize supplier selection connecting 800+ manufacturing partner facilities across India

• Built the Android and iOS application using React Native, in partnership with Tech Mahindra, for the inaugural edition of the Global Chess League.
• Achieved a 4.6+ rating on both Google Play Store and App Store on release.
